研究领域

研究领域:

功能陶瓷与器件:压电陶瓷材料与器件,微波陶瓷与器件研究,高热导率氧化铝、氮化铝陶瓷及其金属化。

应用于LED的光转换材料。

基于压电效应和摩擦电效应的风力、潮汐以及生物运动能量收集器件及应用;

基于低维碳材料(碳纳米管、石墨烯、碳纳米纤维)的锂离子电池正负极材料和超级电容器的研究。
